2000 Bon Pasteur - Pomerol, Bordeaux, France

2000 Bon Pasteur : complex, fruit-dominated nose (blackberries and raspberries), intermingled with floral aromas, rich and full. 2000 Bon Pasteur is tight, well balanced between fruit and acidity, a little hollow in the mid-palate but with a pleasant finish. A pleasing Bon Pasteur, but I doubt it will age beyond 10-12 years. 88/100
